Business Clients

Our services are for businesses. By booking or buying, you confirm you are acting for a business, not as a private individual. If you are a consumer after all, nothing here takes away the rights the law gives you.

Intro Call

The intro call is 30 minutes, at no cost, with no obligation to buy anything. You can move or cancel it with the links in your confirmation email.

Check-Up and Full Review

A Check-Up is a one hour session for businesses of up to 10 staff, at £495. A Full Review is a two hour session for businesses of 11 to 30 staff, at £995. After the session, we send your written report within five working days.

Both include one Quick Win, set up and working by the time your report arrives. You choose from three: review requests, invoice reminders or a weekly summary of your numbers. For 30 days after it is set up, we fix anything in it that stops working, at no extra cost. Anything larger is quoted separately as a build.

Both reports give the time and money each item could save and a fixed price to build it. Both also include a 30 minute call to go through your report once it arrives, and you can email us questions about it for 30 days after it arrives. A Full Review adds a short call with each team lead before the session and a 90-day roadmap that puts the recommended builds in order.

The report is yours to use with anyone. You do not have to buy anything else from us.

Moving or Cancelling

You can move or cancel your Check-Up or Full Review free of charge up to 24 hours before it starts. If you cancel in that time, we refund what you have paid in full.

Less than 24 hours before, or once the session has taken place, the fee is not refundable, except where the law gives you a refund, for example if the work was not as described. If something comes up at the last minute, write to us; we will always try to find a new time.

Builds

If you want us to set up more, we agree a fixed price and what it covers in writing before we start. Builds are paid in three stages: 30% when we agree the work, 30% at the halfway point and 40% when we hand it over.

If you go ahead with a build within 30 days of your Check-Up or Full Review report, we take what you paid for it off the price of the build.

For 30 days after handover, we fix anything we built that stops working, at no extra cost. Changes to what was agreed are quoted separately before we do them.

Care Plan

A Care Plan keeps what we built running. It covers monitoring, a fix by the next working day when something stops working, a 30 minute check-in each month and one small improvement each month. New automations are quoted separately.

It is billed monthly in advance, at £150 to £300 a month depending on how many automations are live. You can cancel at any time; it ends at the end of the month you have paid for, and you keep everything we built.

Price and Payment

Prices are as shown on our website or in your written quote. We invoice you and you pay by bank transfer. A Check-Up or Full Review is paid before the session; other invoices are due within 14 days.

If an invoice is paid late, we may charge interest and compensation under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998, and we may pause work until it is paid.

Ownership

Once you have paid, you own everything we build for you: the automations, their settings and the notes that explain them. We set them up in your own accounts wherever we can, so nothing is locked to us.

We keep our general know-how, methods and templates, and may use them for other clients, but never your data or anything confidential to your business.

Access and Data

You give us the access we need and can take it away at any time. We only use it for the work agreed, and we remove it when the work ends. Before we see any personal data in your systems, we agree written data protection terms with you, and we act only on your instructions for that data. Our Privacy page explains how we handle our own records.

We keep what you tell us about your business confidential, during and after our work together.

Other Companies’ Tools

The tools we recommend or set up belong to other companies. Their prices, terms and changes are theirs, and you pay them directly. We take no commission from any of them. We are not responsible when a tool goes down or changes how it works, though on a Care Plan we will fix what it breaks.

They are a guide to typical costs, not quotes from those providers.

Limitation of Liability

We do our work with reasonable care and skill. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before it arose, and we are not liable for indirect losses or lost profits.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit.

Ending Work

Either of us can end a build or a Care Plan by email. You pay for work done up to that point, and we hand over everything built so far.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.

Changes

If we change these terms we will update the date at the top. Work you have already agreed stays under the terms that applied when you agreed it.
